• If your order includes customizations or tailoring, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

• Once your order is placed, it will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Timeline

• Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Since each item is one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be possible. However, we will work with you to provide a comparable replacement whenever available.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Six Four Nine, each item is handmade and tailored specifically for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, so we offer exchanges within 90 days of your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note the following terms:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order.

• Once an exchange is completed, the process is final and no further changes can be made.

• Items must be in original, good condition to be eligible for exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges

• Domestic Exchanges (within the U.S.):
  We’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Simply reach out to us at contact@sixfournine.com to initiate your exchange.

• International Exchanges:
  While we are happy to assist with exchanges, we are unable to cover international shipping costs. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
